EASE CLASS
Our EASE CLASS machines have in common their freedom from compressed air, their compact design with low weight, and their service-friendly concept: Premium dental restorations made easy.
The E3 is our new special machine for efficient trimming of deep-drawn aligners. It gives you first-class results in the shortest possible time, without time-consuming re-working.
The E4 was specially developed for an easy entry into chairside production. As a wet grinding machine with dry milling option, it enables precise grinding and milling of blocks.
With the E5, our five-axis dry milling machine for discs and blocks, you can achieve outstanding milling results – all with extremely easy handling.
PERFORMANCE CLASS
Our PERFORMANCE CLASS machines are the top performers in your dental lab with which you can work particularly efficiently. Here we offer pure dry or wet processing machines as well as a combination thereof.
The K5+ is our compact and high-quality specialist for dry machining. Its optimal complement is the N4+ for wet-machining blocks. As a duo, almost all indications can be covered with these two machines.
The S5 is a dry milling machine and features an eight-fold material changer. In addition, it can be used for grinding and milling glass-ceramics or prefabricated abutments with an optional wet grinding unit.
HIGH END CLASS
vhf's HIGH END CLASS consists of the Z4 for milling blocks and the R5 for milling discs and blocks.
The HIGH END CLASS machines are our highly automated top-of-the-line models that guarantee the ultimate user experience.
The Z4 is the smart dental practice solution for manufacturing restorations from block materials and prefab abutments in the integrated workflow.
The R5 is vhf’s flagship machine which offers maximum flexibility due to a hybrid workflow of wet/dry machining and its material changer.

vhf digital solutions – the digital future is just around the corner: In addition to vhf’s powerful and easy-to-use machines, one of the highlights at the vhf booth is a preview of the new vhf digital solutions. These include the intuitive CAM software dentalcam 9 and the cloud-based customer platform myvhf, designed for smart machine monitoring and management.
The myvhf platform features a dashboard displaying all relevant live data on milling jobs, while push notifications keep you informed about important events. It also provides maintenance options, customized training from the vhf academy, and the latest news about our portfolio and company.
